Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped from Bristol, UK Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 2pm, it will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. This applies to all shipping methods including DPD Next Day, DPD Expedited, Royal Mail Standard Shipping, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Next Day Special Delivery.

Delivery rates for orders outside the UK vary depending on the country. Unless stated differently in the product page, delivery rates (including fulfilment) are as below:

US: 10-20 days

EU: 12-28 days

Rest of the world: 18-60 days (rates vary significantly depending on your country - please contact us if you need to know the specific delivery rates for your country
